Shipping Policy
AShop365Online processes all orders in an expedited manner. Shipping is always complimentary via Ground for orders greater than $75 in value. We ship thousands of packages a year and pass on our discounts to our customers. If you wish to expedite an order, the expediting fee is $25 per order. In order to expedite, please contact Shop365Online.
Shop365Online currently offers 3 shipping methods from our South Florida fulfillment center:

Ground
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Return & Exchange Policy
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Shop365Online within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Shop365Online between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Shop365Online offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement for the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
